Michael Carnuccio is a Managing Partner at Infinity Capital Partners. His professional background spans a variety of industries including renewable energy, logistics, infrastructure development, software services, and consumer goods. Mr. Michael brings deep expertise in deal structuring, operational scaling, and strategic partnerships. He is actively involved in the firm’s portfolio management and investor relations, helping to drive sustainable value across investments.
Prior to joining Infinity Capital Partners, Mr. Michael was a Director at Apex Strategic Advisors, where he oversaw numerous mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling initiatives, and business transformation projects for high-growth companies. He also held leadership roles at a private equity-backed logistics firm, where he was instrumental in improving operational margins and expanding the company’s national footprint.
Mr. Michael is also involved in his community, serving on the Board of Advisors for the Oklahoma Innovation Council and volunteering as a mentor for young entrepreneurs through the Regional Business Accelerator Program. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
